PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Lottie received her real estate license in 1996 after having worked in real estate related activities for over 15 years. After experiencing tremendous satisfaction working with Seniors she earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® title in 2007. Focusing primarily on the mid-Peninsula and Silicon Valley, she covers a wide area and has represented clients in the purchase and sale of homes in San Francisco, San Mateo, Foster City, Belmont, San Carlos, Menlo Park, Portola Valley, Redwood City, Palo Alto, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Santa Clara, and San Jose.

PERSONAL BACKGROUND
Lottie brings to her real estate practice the entrepreneurial skills she developed in creating and operating a successful bookkeeping service. A Peninsula resident since 1971, she is married to Gene, a Silicon Valley engineer, has two grown daughters, and is actively involved in raising her teen-aged granddaughter. She is a strong supporter of the San Carlos Education Foundation, the Palo Alto Partners in Education, AYSO Youth Soccer, and other community organizations.
